TOWN OF JAVA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office announced an Erie County man has died following a motorcycle crash Friday.
Officials say 67-year-old Eric D. Reinhart of Holland was traveling northbound on Route 78 in the Town of Java October 23 when he exited the roadway and collided with a road culvert.
Reinhart was ejected from his motorcycle and sustained life threatening injuries, according to the sheriff's office. He was transported by Mercy Flight to ECMC where he later died.
The crash investigation is ongoing.
