BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County District Attorney's Office is investigating an allegation of poll workers misusing stamp at one polling location Tuesday.
According to the district attorney's office, the Erie County Board of Elections contacted the office to investigate the allegation. A spokesperson said "we cannot comment further while the matter remains under investigation."
