LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Drivers in Lackawanna may need to take a detour Friday morning.
The town will be doing waterline replacement work closing Electric Avenue from Arnold Place to Milnor Avenue.
The only traffic that will be allowed through will be first responders and school buses.
The road work begins at 7:30am, there's no timetable for when it'll finish.
