BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a 77-year-old woman was assaulted and robbed Tuesday at her home on Tacoma Avenue, after a suspect entered her home while she was outside shoveling.
According to officials, the suspect took hundreds of dollars from the elderly woman. The suspect remains on the run and police are searching for him.
The family told 7 Eyewitness News the home was unlocked while the woman was outside and she is doing okay after the assault.
