CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — An elderly assault victim has died from his injuries.
According to Cheektowaga Police, 65-year-old Richard Valenti was discovered on May 15 in the back of his car at Harlem and Creekside, suffering from severe injuries.
The Lancaster man was rushed to ECMC where he later died from his injuries.
