TOWN OF HANOVER, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office announced an Eden woman faces multiple charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Hanover Friday.
According to the sheriff's office, 35-year-old Sarah Burdick was stopped for traffic infractions at Routes 5 and 20, she was found to be driving while intoxicated following field sobriety tests.
The sheriff's office says a further investigation revealed four children under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
Burdick faces multiple charges which include:
- Felony DWI Leandra's Law
- Aggravated DWI .18 percent BAC or higher
- DWI
- Penal law harassment
- Criminal tampering
