DERBY, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Water Authority says it has completed the repairs to Thursday's water main break near the Sturgeon Point Water Treatment Plant in Derby.
The water main break impacted several communities in the southtowns and forced some schools to dismiss early and even close, while the water authority was making repairs.
Road work restoration to the areas impacted on Lake Shore Road is expected to be completed on Saturday.
