BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — ECMC in Buffalo is celebrating the opening of its new main entrance honoring the patron saint of Western New York.
The new entrance is known as the Russell J. Salvatore Atrium.
It was three years ago on Valentine's Day that Salvatore announced a one million dollar commitment to the hospital's campaign for significant upgrades.
Salvatore has also contributed in a big way toward the hospital's orthopedic unit and donated money to put televisions in all the patient rooms.
