BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Christmas is coming early for skiers and snowboarders here in Western New York.
Holiday Valley in Ellicottville will kick off the 2019 - 2020 season this coming Saturday, November 23.
This is one week earlier than planned.
Last week's cold snap allowed the resort to make huge amounts of snow from one end of the resort to the other.
The resort plans to run three lifts, with six slopes open Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday hours are from 8:30 am until 10 at night.
Sunday from 8:30 to 4:30pm.
