BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — A Williamsville woman is charged with DWI, and State Police say her B.A.C. was more than twice the legal limit.
The arrest came following a one car crash on the I-190 in Buffalo early Saturday morning.
27 year old Kelsey Osborn was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, and Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
She was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket.
