CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Cheektowaga man has been sentenced to six months of weekends in jail and probation for killing a woman while he was drunk driving.

According to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, 28-year-old Blair Bell pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter back in October.

Prosecutors say Bell was driving under the influence of alcohol when he hit and killed 46-year-old Tonya Gravely on Pine Ridge Road back in May.

At the time of the crash, Gravely was removing items from her own vehicle, which was parked on Pine Ridge Road.
