CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — City of Tonawanda drivers worked together to box in an alleged drunk driver so she couldn't leave the scene of an accident on Monday.

Police have charged 35-year-old Jennifer Teetsel of Kenmore with Aggravated DWI after they say she slammed into the back of a pickup truck at Main and Delton Streets. The driver of the other car and witnesses told police they felt like Teetsel was "under then influence" so they used their cars to block her from leaving the scene.

Police say Teetsel failed all roadside sobriety tests, and that an open bottle of vodka was found in her car. She blew a .19 at the police station. She was charged with DWI, open alcohol in a vehicle, and five traffic charges.
