ONTARIO, Canada — Officers in Ontario, Canada pulled over a 22-year-old driver after a 2-year-old was found riding on a case of beer.
The case of beer was being used in place of a booster seat.
The Ontario Provincial Police charged the driver with failing to ensure child properly.
Children under 40 pounds and less than 8-years-old are required to be in a booster seat, according to Ontario Police.
