TOWN OF ALEXANDER, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 33-year-old man is charged with DWI after striking a home in the Town of Alexander with a vehicle.
Police say this happened Saturday night on Buffalo Street around 6:30. According to police, Nathan Bowes, the driver of the vehicle, sustained minor injuries.
Police determined at the scene that alcohol was involved.
The house suffered significant structural damage. Police did not report any injuries to people in the house.
The Town of Alexander code enforcement determined that the section of the house the driver struck was inhabitable.
