LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WKBW) — Crimestoppers, along with the City of Lockport Police Department and the Niagara County District Attorney's Office, are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a homicide suspect from 2016.
Officials say Holly Seiler was found strangled to death after a fire broke out inside her East High Street home in the early morning on October 20, 2016.
A reward of up to $7,500 is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the homicide.
