BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — 7 Eyewitness News is on the scene of a house fire on Buffalo's East Side.
Crews were called to the scene of the 100-block Kehr Street around 4:45am Friday.

Our crews on the scene say one person was taken away on a stretcher, at this point there's no word on their condition or what sparked the fire.
