BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo firefighters rescued a man from a two-alarm house fire Saturday night, according to officials.

Fire crews were called to the fire at a home in the 800 block of East Delavan Avenue around 10 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators believe the fire started on the first floor.

A man in his late 60s was rescued from an upper floor. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of smoke inhalation.

Damage from the fire is estimated at more than $100,000.

The Red Cross assisted three people.
