BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Planning Board has approved a 54 unit condominium building set to be built on 169 West Utica Street.
The condos, which will be in the former Cadet Cleaners building, will cost $22.4 million and take up 34,100 square feet. It is being done by Sinatra and Company and Essex Homes.
In order to get the plot viable for development, they had to agree to adjust the parking lot entrance to make it only accessable from one direction.
The plot is right down the road from the Elmwood Crossing project that is going to replace the old Woman and Children's Hospital.
Construction is expected to begin in the Spring of this year, with a Fall of 2020 end date.
