Church burglary case solved

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Police say they've cracked the case of a church burglary in the City of Tonawanda.

The suspect is identified as 49 year old Paul Biniaszewski of Minerva Street.

Authorities say he stole $1,800 dollars worth of power tools from the garage of St. Francis Roman Catholoc Church on Broad Street in the city.

This happened back on March 13th.

The suspect is charged with burglary and grand larceny.
