WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WKBW) — West Seneca police arrested 35-year old Victoria Hooper on charges she stole Christmas presents from a home and went back for more.
According to officers, a Klas Avenue resident reported several presents and other items missing from her home over a period of several days. After police patrols and detectives were able to pinpoint a suspect, they obtained a search warrant for Hooper's home. Police recovered all of the stolen items inside Hooper's home.
Hooper is charged with 2 counts each of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) and Burglary in the 2nd degree (Class C Felony).
She has released on her own recognizance and is due back in West Seneca Court at a later date for a preliminary hearing.
