BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Chipotle Mexican Grill will replace Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill at Delaware and Chippewa, according to Business First. Salsarita's has operated at that site for 20 years.
The location is on the ground floor of Hampton Inn & Suites, which has seen the departure of several restaurants since the COVID pandemic, including The Chocolate Bar, Wave, and Ted's Hot Dogs. The building is owned by Benderson Development.
No date has been set for the new Chipotle location.
