ATTICA, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Attica man will avoid prison time for preying on a child over a four-year period.
Wyoming County Judge Michael Mohun sentenced Seth Zawadzki, 45, to 10 years probation Thursday. He will serve the first six months on electronic home monitoring.
Zawadzki is also registered as a Level 1 sex offender.
Investigators arrested Zawadzki in February. He admits to committing numerous sex acts against a victim who was less than 17 years old at the time. The abuse took place between 2011 and 2015.
