BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Erie County is working to help essential workers with child care needs.

The Child Care Resource Network (CCRN) has created a new system to match workers with child care programs that are still open.

Additionally, the county has been working with local school districts to develop child care plans for essential workers in their districts.

If you need child care help you are asked to complete a parent survey which will compile a list of child care providers with vacancies near your home or workplace and call you with the results.

You can find the survey here, or by calling the CCRN at (716) 877-6666 ext. 3064.
