Child Care Resource Network said it has been working to get essential supplies like bleach, gloves, masks, and hand soap so that child care providers can continue to care for the children of essential front-line workers.
CCRN is expected to begin taking delivery of essential health and safety supplies this week, and will distribute them to child care programs that are still open.
“We recognize that this is a challenging time for child care providers, and they lack access to many essential health and safety supplies. We are very excited to be able to lend these providers a helping hand to keep them and the children in their care safe,” said Kimberly Suminski, CEO of Child Care Resource Network.
Child care providers that remain open and need supplies can visit the COVID-19 Child Care Provider Resource Center and indicate what supplies they need.
Businesses that are interested in donating supplies to help child care providers can contact Kaley Donaldson at 716-877-6666 ext. 3071.
