BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police say a chihuahua was found by an officer on the Route 33 eastbound Thursday night.
The Buffalo Police Benevolent Association currently has the dog, they say they have not taken it to the shelter because they do not believe it is a stray.
The dog is wearing a Christmas sweater put on it by the members of the PBA, they ask that the owner reach out to them to claim the dog.
