NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — It's a competition that's cooking up some of the tastiest dishes in town and it's coming to Niagara Falls this weekend!
The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute is set to host an annual American Culinary Federation competition on Saturday and Sunday for both student and professional chefs.
It'll include pastry and other culinary displays, along with live ice carving on Saturday. Both professional and student chefs will square off for a live cooking competition on Sunday, where the pros will plate four entrees and students will plate two each.
It's free to attend and runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days. You can learn more about the competition and the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute here.
