CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — No measurable snow in the forecast means no need for a winter parking ban in Cheektowaga.
The town has delayed the start of winter parking enforcement from November 1 to December 1. It will reevaluate the situation in a month.
Under the ban, it is illegal to park on most town streets from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. through April 1st.
Last week, the Town of Tonawanda pushed back the start of its overnight winter parking ban by two weeks to November 15.
Winter parking rules on bus routes in Buffalo take effect on November 15 as well.
