Cheektowaga Chick-Fil-A drive-thru dispute leads to arrest

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Cheektowaga Police say a Blasdell man was arrested following a dispute in the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru Friday.

Police say there was an argument in the drive-thru between 31-year-old Andrew Beilen and another customer over proper place in line.

Beilen then exited his vehicle and yelled to the victim that he had a registered gun in his vehicle.

When Beilen returned to his vehicle he grabbed a knife and approached the victim's vehicle and held the victim's door shut while waving the knife and yelling.

Police arrived on scene and arrested Beilen, he is being charged with menacing in the second degree.
