BATAVIA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Chautauqua County man was arrested after authorities say he stole multiple gift cards from a company's Christmas party at a local hotel, early Saturday morning.
Police say 39-year-old Brian L. Crockett of the town of Portland had multiple gift cards on him valued at over $225, when he was arrested inside his hotel room in Batavia.
Crockett has was arrested for Petit Larceny and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Batavia Court on December 19th.
