BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — This Mother's Day, mothers across Western New York are invited to sit back, relax and even get a free manicure!
The OB/GYN Associates of Western New York is teaming with Southtowns Radiology and Blue Spa and Salon to promote breast health and cancer awareness through a new Mother's Day campaign.
While mammograms might be unpleasant for their duration, they are the best way of detecting breast cancer. So OB/GYN Associates want to make this experience as comfortable as possible.
During the entire month of May, any mother-daughter pair over 35 years old who schedule a mammogram together will receive a free manicure at Blu Spa. All you have to do is call the West Seneca location of OB/GYN Associates of WNY and start the registration process. Your appointment doesn't have to be in May, but it must be scheduled in May. From there, they will call Southtowns Radiology to schedule your mammogram, and then Blue Spa and Salon to schedule your free manicures!
This campaign is meant to bring awareness during the month and for Mother's Day. We need to keep and eye on our health and our mothers!
