CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — City of Tonawanda Police need your help identifying a suspected package thief.
Investigators say the incident happened on Tuesday, March 24 at 12:20pm on Steiner Avenue and was captured on the victim's Ring doorbell.
