NEW ALBION, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Cattaraugus County couple has been arrested for allegedly neglecting horses at their home in New Albion.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, authorities received several reports of horses neglected at a farm on Otto Road, last Thursday.
Upon receiving a search warrant, investigators seized four horses and arrested Donna Truesdale and Steven Remington for failing to provide sustenance, proper food and water, and for neglecting an impounded animal.
Both were issued appearance tickets for a later date.
