WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Cat lovers, grab your yoga mats. On February 16th, the SPCA is hosting "Cat Yoga" where you can take part in a one-hour yoga session with the cats and kittens at the shelter.

The low-impact yoga class will be centered around the "zen of the adoptable cats and kittens at the SPCA." All of the animals will be available for adoption. The class is taught by a certified yoga instructor, and starts at 11:00 a.m. It costs $20, and you have to pre-register by clicking here, or calling Matt at 875-7360, ext. 241.

If you come to the class, the SPCA says you should bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and wear workout clothes.
