AKRON, N.Y. (WKBW) — Ever dreamed of seeing yourself on the big screen? Well, this is your big chance.
A casting call for extras is being held this weekend at Akron Central School. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m on Saturday at the school on Bloomingdale Avenue.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and you're asked to bring a recent non-returnable photo and pen.
Hollywood buzz is building in the Village of Akron where crews are preparing to shoot the sequel to the 2018 thriller, A Quiet Place, starring John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
Shooting is set to begin in July.
