LEWISTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — Lewiston police say a Canadian man faces felony charges after a juvenile female went missing Saturday.
Police say the officers at the Peach Festival received a report of a missing juvenile female around 8:45 Saturday night.
Initial investigation revealed she was last seen with a male several hours before that she may have met online.
Under an hour later police say the juvenile female and 24-year-old Connor Landry of Canada were located at the nearby Academy Park.
Landry was arrested and charged with criminal sex act in the second degree, he was arraigned and remanded to the Niagara County Jail.
