The Globe Restaurant owner Molly Flynn said it's a way to bring some excitement.

"It's something fun. It's goofy. It's lighthearted. I want people to smile and laugh and have a good time. Everyone's so serious and afraid right now. I just want people to smile and laugh and have a good time," Flynn said.
