NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Starting October 1, the Empower Grab-N-Go coffee cart will begin operating in the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m..

The cart will be operated by members of Empower, a support group for people living with disabilities in Niagara County. Anthony Salvo will be one of the workers there. He is also the brain behind the project.

“Anthony came up with this dream of his that he’d love to have a coffee cart somewhere in Niagara county," Fashion Outlets manager John Doran said. "And there’s no better place to be doing retail business than the fashion outlets!"

At the cart customers can find items like muffins, granola bars, cereal, tea, coffee and more. The kiosk is located near the entrance seven of the mall.
