BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A local farm market received an anonymous donation of $10,000 to deliver Easter flowers to Western New York healthcare workers.

Draught Farm Market and Greenhouses in Hamburg will deliver the plants to staff members of Mercy Hospital, Friday morning.

“The donor told me had worked on a farm as a kid and knows the hard work involved," said Les Draught, owner of Draught Farm Market and Greenhouses. "He also remembers what it was like living day to day…he said he wanted to make a difference by helping us out. We are so thankful!"

The farm market will deliver 200 plants including hyacinths, tulips, daffodils, lilies, and mums.
