Buffalo shooting victim turns up in Rochester

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Police are investigating a possible overnight shooting in the City of Buffalo, but the victim turned up near Rochester.

Police received a call from State Troopers in Rochester stating they had a victim pulled over at approximately 3:30am that was shot multiple times.

The victim told State Police the incident occurred near Bailey Avenue in Buffalo around 1am Sunday.

The victim is being treated at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

Police have not released the victim's name.
