BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Sabres were on the ice for a Sunday matinee at KeyBank Center and took on the Carolina Hurricanes, the number one-ranked team in the Eastern Conference.

Alex Tuch, Jack Quinn, Beck Malenstyn and Tage Thompson scored as the Sabres went on to win by a score of 4-1.

The Sabres have now won four out of their last five, scoring a combined 25 goals in that stretch.

Buffalo will be back in action Wednesday night in Pittsburgh.
