BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — According to a new study, Buffalo ranks as one of the best cities in the country to be a beer drinker.
SmartAsset says Buffalo ranks as the 19th best city in the country to enjoy a beer.
According to the rankings, SmartAsset looked at number of breweries, breweries per 100,000 people, average number of beers per brewery, bars per 100,000 residents, and the average price for a pint of beer.
Buffalo received an index score of 86.45 which puts them 19th overall.
Cincinnati ranked number one while other upstate New York cities like Rochester and Syracuse ranked 17th and 28th respectively.
