BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A woman was killed and a man was injured in a rollover accident early Saturday morning.
Buffalo police say the accident occurred just before 6 a.m. on the 300 block of Memorial Drive, which is a few blocks away from Buffalo's Central Terminal.
An SUV driven by a 27-year-old male was traveling northbound on Memorial when the vehicle veered off the road, struck a tree and rolled over.
The 42-year-old female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 27-year-old driver was transported to ECMC to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Police did not release any further information, the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
