Buffalo police investigating two shootings Monday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating two separate shootings that happened Monday night.

Police say officers responded to the first shooting just after 8 p.m. in the 3100 block of Bailey Avenue.

A 33-year-old Buffalo man was taken to Erie County Medical Center with a gunshot wound. He is currently in stable condition, according to police.

Around 11 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1600 block of Genesee Street.

Police say a man was shot in the leg and taken to ECMC to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
