BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred Tuesday night near the 300 block of Amherst Street in Buffalo.
Detectives say a male was struck by gunfire while inside a vehicle parked in a Burger King parking lot.
The victim, a 30-year-old man, was transported by ambulance to ECMC where he was listed in stable condition.
