BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating a shooting on Quincy Street.
The shooting occurred just before 4:20 p.m. Tuesday on the first block of Quincy Street.
Police said a 20-year-old man was shot in the hand. He was taken to ECMC where he was described as stable.
