BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating a fatal shooting in the city's Riverside neighborhood Tuesday evening.
Authorities say 25-year-old Norbert Guzman Tapia was found with gunshot wounds shortly after 9:30 p.m. outside an address on Upper East Lane. He was transported to ECMC where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say they have arrested 26-year-old Juan Ayala of Buffalo, he has been charged with murder in the second degree.
