BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a man is dead after a crash that sent a car into the Buffalo River, Thursday morning.
Authorities say a car crashed off a bridge at Seneca Street and Elk Street just after 12:30 a.m. and into the river.
Crews recovered a man's body just before 4:30 a.m.
The crash is under investigation.
