Buffalo police investigating after protesters paint Franklin Street

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Department of Public Works crews spent Tuesday evening cleaning up a portion of Franklin Street downtown after protesters painted the word "resign" in front of the courthouse.

According to Buffalo Police Captain Jeff Rinaldo, police are aware of the situation and will be reviewing video footage and conducting an investigation on Wednesday.
