BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police say a patrol vehicle was struck while responding to a call Saturday morning.
According to police, the patrol vehicle was responding to a burglary call when it was struck by a civilian vehicle around 6 a.m. at Mills and Sycamore Streets.
The male officer was taken to ECMC to be treated, police say he suffered minor injuries from the airbag deployment.
The driver of the civilian vehicle initially declined medical attention.
Police say charges are pending at this time.
