BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are investigating a hit and run crash that has left a pedestrian with serious injuries.
Police say the crash happened around 7:15 a.m., Tuesday morning, at the corner of South Division and Elm Street.
Investigators say an unknown vehicle hit a female pedestrian and then fled the scene. The victim was taken to ECMC by ambulance.
